2026 秋季经济论坛（AEF 2026）于 10 月 26—29 日在胡志明市举行，为世界经济论坛「冬—夏—秋」系列中唯一秋季一站，吸引 27 个国家和地区、2700 余名代表。研究院主席赵克锋应邀出席并接受彭博商业周刊（越南）等媒体专访，提出三点建议：一是技术中立、生态优先，不做最尖端模型而做最可靠的枢纽；二是电力是 AI 的第一基础设施，需平衡工业用电与 AI 用电；三是借鉴中国经验推出「算力券」机制，由补贴供给方转为补贴需求方，普惠中小企业。The Autumn Economic Forum 2026 (AEF 2026) was held in Ho Chi Minh City on 26-29 October, the only autumn stop in the World Economic Forum's "Winter-Summer-Autumn" series, gathering over 2,700 delegates from 27 countries and regions. Chairman Benjamin Chiao was invited to speak and was interviewed by Bloomberg Businessweek Vietnam and other media.
